Baltimore native selected to sculpt unique depiction of Harriet Tubman

A Baltimore native has found brotherly love in Philadelphia. In return, he's leaving a gift at the city's front door. Alvin Pettit was chosen to sculpt famous abolitionist Harriet Tubman.
